Keith has been a licensed Private Investigator since 1991. Keith is an in-demand, entertaining speaker on a variety of subjects related to the Investigation industry. He oversees the company's development and continual growth, while being the primary point of contact for many clients. He is a Law & Security Administration - Honours graduate, and holds additional diplomas in Private Investigations, Advanced Interview Techniques and Close Protective Services. Keith's experiences are varied, dealing with Property and Casualty, Criminal and Life and Health insurance investigations across Canada and internationally. He is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified International Investigator (CII) and the and the Canadian Regional Director of the Council of International Investigators. He has been designated as a Certified Master Investigator by the CPIO.

Matteo has been a licensed Private Investigator since 1995. As the COO of Reed Research, he ensures the orchestration of our complex matters, manages assignments, and provides oversight to lead investigators on a daily basis. Matteo has extensive experience in a variety of Investigations from Criminal, Corporate, Intellectual property and Insurance and has been involved in high profile cases locally and around the world. He is a Certified International Investigator (CII). He has been designated as a Certified Master Investigator by the CPIO and is a bilingual Certified Fraud Examiner.

Marc specializes in Corporate and International Affairs. Marc established Reed Research in 1995, having attained success as a founding partner of a leading Ontario private investigation agency in 1984. A graduate of Criminology, Marc has been a licenced Private Investigator since 1978. He is a Certified International Investigator (CII) while being designated as a Certified Master Investigator by the CPIO. Throughout his extensive career, he has conducted successful investigations in Canada and internationally. Marc also spearheads the Corporate Social Responsibility through various charity initiatives including The League of Ordinary Gentlemen, Street Kids International (Save The Children) and the Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital Foundation, as a founder of the Music Heals initiative, to raise funds for the Biggar Endowment in an effort to change the world for kids with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy.

John is the Director of Customer Relations and has been a licensed Private Investigator since 1996. John began his experience as a surveillance specialist, handling assignments across Canada, the United States and the Caribbean. John consults with the Property and Casualty, Life and Health insurance sectors, along with insurance defense lawyers throughout Canada. He has also assisted corporations and government entities with their investigative requirements. John attended French school in Toronto and is bilingual. He is designated as a Certified Master Investigator by the CPIO.

With over 42 years of progressive investigative experience, Brad oversees high-level, technically challenging investigations throughout Canada, North America and Internationally. These include death claims, missing persons, background profiles, arsons, witness statements, corporate issues, workplace investigations. Brad utilizes his extensive training and certifications to solve the complex matters, through the use of deep web, OSINT, SOCMINT, IMINT and HUMINT strategies. He is experienced with investigations using technologies and resources such as cyber threat analysis, computer forensics, cargo security, counterfeit goods, loss prevention, risk analysis, business continuity planning, asset and target tracking (using GPS, cellular and RF technology), technical counter-surveillance measures, covert video applications and OSINT automation through the use of Python programming.

Kelly is an Investigative Specialist and brings 29 years of experience from a well-rounded career in investigations. She has worked on all sides of the investigative spectrum; public, private, and government, and conducted complex investigations for regulators in policing, and the Ontario provincial government. She is also a victim-conscious, trauma-informed, certified Workplace Investigator, conducting workplace investigations involving discrimination, harassment, and bullying.
